Meet the Kitchen Design Concepts Team
Jennifer Sherrill
As President of Kitchen Design Concepts, Jennifer Sherrill oversees the daily workings of the
company. A former career with Deloitte consulting provides her with a professional and practical
approach to home remodels, allowing her clients to benefit from a highly organized and accountable
process on the way to a smart and beautiful kitchen.
She is the second woman and one of only 22
remodelers who holds the Certified Remodeler designation from NARI (National Association of the
Remodeling Industry). To be honored in this way, a remodeler must demonstrate significant business
management and technical capabilities, as well as a
long-term commitment to the remodeling industry.

Mary Kathryn Reese
As Vice President and co-founder of the company, Mary Kathryn is typically the first
point-of-contact for anyone considering a relationship with Kitchen
Design Concepts. Her business acumen and love for cooking make an ideal recipe for helping
clients discover the best possible use of their kitchen space. She has found a unique way
through Kitchen Design Concepts to combine past experience as a restaurant guest chef plus
management consultant and Partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers to deliver exceptional results
to clients wanting to take their kitchens from ordinary to extraordinary.

Katie Bacon
As lead designer for Kitchen Design Concepts, Katie starts every project by getting to know our
clients and uses this information to lead her to a customized design that blends the clients’
personal style, proven design principles and optimal functionality, taking into account the
latest trends, constraints and opportunities provided by the home itself, budget and much more.
Katie is a trained interior designer who graduated from Louisiana Tech University. She is a member
of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and of the National Kitchen and Bath
Association (NKBA).

Leslie M. Greenblatt
Leslie is a valued member of the Kitchen Design Concepts design team. With a background
in interior design and architecture from the University of North Texas, Leslie’s eye
for detail matches her keen sense of style. Prior to joining the Kitchen Design Concepts
team, Leslie managed an Italian tile showroom where she worked with designers, architects
and homeowners to create beautiful countertops and backsplashes for custom kitchens. She was
responsible for both front-of-house management and
back-of-house operations giving her a strong foundation for the many
aspects of kitchen design and remodeling. Leslie grew up with a mother who enjoyed cooking
and has always had a love for the kitchen as a result. She brings that passion to her role
as designer as she helps our clients achieve extraordinary results in their kitchen spaces.

Erica Illions
Erica Illions is an associate designer and project manager for Kitchen Design Concepts and
sister company, Snappy Kitchens. After graduating from Texas Christian University, Erica became
an intern with Kitchen Design Concepts and quickly spawned a passion for kitchens and all things
remodeling. Her organizational skills, coupled with her eagerness to learn the business, made
the transition from intern to full-time staff member a natural one.
We are pleased to have Erica has a valuable member of the team.

Anthony Trozzo
Originally from New York, Anthony heads up our service partner program, adding a discipline
to the capabilities portfolio of area realtors, interior designers, remodelers and architects
that they would not otherwise be able to provide to their clients. Anthony’s passion for
partnership and dedication to excellence make him an asset to the Kitchen Design Concepts team.
