Jennifer Sherrill
As President of Kitchen Design Concepts, Jennifer Sherrill oversees the daily workings of the
company. A former career with Deloitte consulting provides her with a professional and practical
approach to home remodels, allowing her clients to benefit from a highly organized and accountable
process on the way to a smart and beautiful kitchen.
She is the second woman and one of only 22
remodelers who holds the Certified Remodeler designation from NARI (National Association of the
Remodeling Industry). To be honored in this way, a remodeler must demonstrate significant business
management and technical capabilities, as well as a
long-term commitment to the remodeling industry.

Mary Kathryn Reese
As Vice President and co-founder of the company, Mary Kathryn is typically the first
point-of-contact for anyone considering a relationship with Kitchen
Design Concepts. Her business acumen and love for cooking make an ideal recipe for helping
clients discover the best possible use of their kitchen space. She has found a unique way
through Kitchen Design Concepts to combine past experience as a restaurant guest chef plus
management consultant and Partner with PriceWaterhouseCoopers to deliver exceptional results
to clients wanting to take their kitchens from ordinary to extraordinary.

Katie Bacon
As lead designer for Kitchen Design Concepts, Katie starts every project by getting to know our
clients and uses this information to lead her to a customized design that blends the clients’
personal style, proven design principles and optimal functionality, taking into account the
latest trends, constraints and opportunities provided by the home itself, budget and much more.
Katie is a trained interior designer who graduated from Louisiana Tech University. She is a member
of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) and of the National Kitchen and Bath
Association (NKBA).

Joining the Kitchen Design Concepts team from KDA (Kitchen Distributors of America),
Pete has 20+ years of experience with kitchen cabinets, countertops, backsplashes,
